Alliance Asset Recovery, LLC is a small group of abandoned money professionals located in Lindon, Utah, USA. If you’ve received a call or a letter from us, it’s because we’ve found funds being held by the government that may rightfully be yours.
We have been trained and certified as Tax Payer Refund Recovery Specialists by the top attorney in this field and know the “ins and outs” of government agencies in all states. If a government agency is holding your funds, we know how to get them! The agencies holding the assets often have many specific requirements that must be followed for proving your entitlement to the claim and submitting your request, so it’s always best to have professionals on your side.

How it works
Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork which allows us to get started. A notary then brings the documents to be signed and notarized, then overnights them back to our office. We then begin processing your claim right away, and keep you updated every step of the way.
Our firm works on a contingency basis – there are no up-front or out-of-pocket expenses to you. We’re paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We do ALL the work, we pay ALL the expenses, and jump through ALL the administrative hoops to claim your money – and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing. We take all the risk in exchange for an agreed-upon percentage of the collected funds – a Win-Win relationship!
